What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations are allowed for bookings made at least 7 days before check-in. Guests are given 24 hours to confirm whether to proceed, rebook, or cancel. This option may only be used once.
Can I rebook my stay?
Rebooking may be arranged subject to availability. Bookings made within 7 days of check-in are considered final.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers and selected digital payment methods. Full payment is required prior to arrival. Credit cards are currently not accepted for online bookings.
