What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 NN. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged subject to availability. Please coordinate with our team in advance.

We offer Deluxe Rooms with either queen-sized or twin beds and the Ambahan VIP Suite. All rooms include a private balcony facing Mount Halcon, with clear views and sunsets on most days.

Deluxe Rooms accommodate up to two guests. The Ambahan Suite can accommodate additional guests depending on the room setup.
Can we request extra beds?

Is a deposit required?
Yes, a ₱2,000 deposit is required to confirm your reservation. This is refundable after check-out, provided there are no damages or missing items.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations are allowed for bookings made at least 7 days before check-in. Guests are given 24 hours to confirm whether to proceed, rebook, or cancel. This option may only be used once.
Can I rebook my stay?
Rebooking may be arranged subject to availability. Bookings made within 7 days of check-in are considered final.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers and selected digital payment methods. Full payment is required prior to arrival. Credit cards are currently not accepted for online bookings.
