Cancellation Policy
Each stay at Oro-Aya is prepared with care and consideration. We encourage guests to review this policy before confirming
their reservation.
Confirmation
A full payment is required to secure your reservation. Bookings are considered confirmed once payment has been received.
Reservations are non-transferable and may not be assigned to another party without prior approval.
Cancellation
Cancellations made seven (7) days or more before the scheduled check-in date are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made less than seven (7) days before the scheduled check-in date are non-refundable.
No-Show
Guests who do not arrive on their scheduled check-in date without prior notice and without prior rebooking or transfer will
be considered a no-show and will be non-refundable.
Rebooking / Date Changes
Requests to reschedule must be made at least fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled check-in date and are subject to
availability.
Only one (1) date change is allowed per reservation.
Rebooked stays must be of the same room type and plan. Any changes in room type, inclusions, or season may require
payment of the applicable rate difference.
Requests made less than fourteen (14) days prior may be declined or treated as a cancellation.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Processing times may vary depending on the payment
method used.
Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed.
Unforeseen Circumstances
Oro-Aya shall not be held liable for cancellations or changes due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to
weather conditions, natural events, transportation disruptions, or government restrictions. In such cases, rebooking options
may be offered, or refunds may be considered, at the sole discretion of management.
